Newport News is looking at flooding, sees sea level rise as regional issue – Daily Press

Article Synopsis – Officials in Newport News, Virginia are trying to address the city’s flooding problems, but they see sea level rise as a broader issue that should be tackled regionally. The city currently has projects underway to address stormwater drainage, but much of the planning for sea level rise is still in the brainstorming phase. To read the actual article click here.
