That image is at http://www.miseagrant.umich.edu/lessons/lessons/by-broad-concept/earth-science/data-sets/physical-characteristics-of-the-great-lakes/ They refer to a Poster, but I did not see how to buy one.
You can also do a search for “Great Lakes System Profile” under Google images and get many other similar ones.
