Scientists issue a dire warning about climate change (again) – engadget
Article Synopsis – More than 15,000 scientists from 184 countries have issued a warning that humans are destroying the earth, and soon it will be too late to stop it. This warning comes 25 years after the scientists first voiced concern that human actions would lead to a planet unable to support life. The letter appeared in the journal BioScience and outlines 13 things we need to do immediately in order to change course. These include developing more environmentally friendly tech, creating nature reserves and putting economic policies into place that will change our consumption habits.
