Especially the "or more" is tricky. It means we won't be able to plan the new location of harbours, rendering all ship transport alone a difficult if not impossible task. Second: Large parts of world (and us) population lives below 20m (or more). Relocating them, f.i. to Oklahoma, will be quite q burden on the economy. And third: Ecological shifts aren't clear yet, but for instance Ocean acidification might mean a collapse of large ecosystem relations.

It doesn’t matter where you live, sea-level rise in the order of 10m or more will be devastating. He is however, blinded by his overzealous ambition to reduce the role of government in our lives. He is also apparently under the control of the fossil fuel companies and those that support them, and beholden to their interests. That makes him not only disingenuous, but also dangerous. People "believe" that the future will be what they "desire." Even people that grasp that this is a problem don't seem to understand how dire the situation is. People in the area where I live think that planting dune grass is somehow going to help things... I guess doing something is better than nothing, but the urgency seems to be lacking. Hopefully, the damage inflicted by Pruitt will be repairable.

I think this goes back to that belief thing again.
