Article Synopsis – Three Colorado communities have filed a lawsuit against Suncor and Exxon Mobil Corp for “creating a public nuisance by producing and selling fossil fuels that cause climate change”. This is now the tenth lawsuit filed against oil companies over climate change, though it is the first from communities in the nation’s interior.
