Article Synopsis – A new study has found that warmer temperatures encourage mangrove growth, which can help build soil and protect coastal land from storms. According to study author Samantha K. Chapman, “Conserving and restoring our coastal wetlands can help humans adapt to climate change.” My Comments – While good and useful science, there are almost certainly severe limits to this adaptation as sea level rise accelerates. To read the actual article click here
