Article Synopsis – Award-winning economist Robert Litterman believes the solution to the climate crisis is to set a price on carbon emissions. This will discourage businesses from relying on fossil fuels. Litterman recommends pricing carbon emissions at $40 per ton, considerably higher than the $2 per ton, on average, set by other carbon pricing models.
