Sea Level Rise is Pushing Coastal Property Owners to Move to Higher Ground – CNN

Article Synopsis – Recent studies have found that property values in higher elevations in Miami-Dade County have risen, while coastal property values are selling at 7% less than those with less exposure to flooding. The trend appears to be happening in Massachusetts as well. According to the author of this article, “The best thing policy makers can do is to make sure they don’t distort market forces.
