Government Sea Level Rise Report Released after Charges of Censorship – Scientific American

Article Synopsis – The National Park Service finally published a report outlining the effects of sea level rise on parks across the country after federal officials allegedly tried to censor the report. It was the report’s inclusion of references to man’s role in climate change that caused the report to “languish under administrative review” for over a year, according to documents released under a state open records request. Past research has found 1 meter of sea-level rise could cost the National Park Service billions of dollars.
